Our Commitment to Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

NexTick360 is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

This statement covers our website and web journal. The NexTick360 Windows application is built on Windows' own accessibility framework; its accessibility support is in progress, and we welcome reports about it through the contact form below. Charts, footprints and the DOM ladder are visual price displays, and parts of them are not yet available to screen readers.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the internationally recognized standard for web accessibility and is referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

Our current conformance status is partially conformant. We are working toward full conformance and test new pages against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmarks
  • Keyboard-accessible interactive elements with visible focus indicators
  • ARIA attributes for screen reader compatibility
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
  • Form inputs with associated labels and error descriptions
  • Reduced motion support for users who prefer minimal animation
  • Automated accessibility linting integrated into our development workflow
