Questions
- How does the trial work?
- 14 days of Order Flow, everything in it, with no card. When it ends you're on Free unless you choose a plan; nothing is charged on its own.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you're on Free. No cancellation fee.
- Is there a refund?
- Yes: within 14 days of your first payment, ask and it's refunded in full.
- What does Founders mean?
- Join the waitlist or the beta and you keep 25% off the yearly price for as long as you stay subscribed: Trader $306 a year, Order Flow $531 a year. If prices rise, the 25% comes off the new price.
- What are AI credits?
- Nic, your AI coach, runs on monthly credits that come with Trader and Order Flow, and you can top them up. They're never unlimited, so the price stays fair for everyone.
- Do I pay for market data?
- Your market data comes from your own broker account, so any exchange data fees are between you and your broker. NexTick360 doesn't charge for data.
- Does NexTick360 place trades for me?
- Never on its own. Every order comes from you, or from an ATM or guardrail you set up yourself. The coach and Nic only speak.
- What do I need to run it?
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, and an account with a broker or prop firm that connects through Rithmic, CQG or TradeStation.
