Comparison

NexTick360 vs TraderSync

A long-established multi-asset journal with a market replay simulator, an AI coach called Cypher, and plan-adherence tracking that gets closer to rule-checking than most. Their top tier is priced within a dollar of ours, which makes this the most direct comparison on the site.

We are a different shape of product, not a better version of the same one. Below is where each of us fits, written so that someone who already uses TraderSync would recognise it.

The short answer

Choose TraderSync if

  • You trade stocks, options, forex or crypto alongside futures
  • You want a market replay simulator to practise and backtest against historical data
  • You want to build a playlist of charts matching a setup and drill it — genuinely useful and we have nothing like it
  • A 7-day trial and a lower entry tier suit you better than one plan

Choose NexTick360 if

  • You want the plan checked while you are still in the trade rather than reported afterwards
  • You are on a prop evaluation and want the firm's drawdown maths live on screen
  • You want compliance decided per trade on six specific axes, each with the reason it passed or failed
  • You want futures depth rather than coverage across five asset classes

The difference that decides it

The same price, a different shape

Their Elite tier is $79.95 and ours is $79, so price is not the argument here. Plan adherence is the closest anyone in this category comes to what we do: you define setups, risk limits and conditions, and it tracks deviations. The difference is when that check happens and how specific it gets. Theirs reports adherence on a dashboard you review. Ours decides six named axes on every trade — bias, setup, entry, stop, target, context — each carrying the reason it passed or failed, and it fires while the position is open rather than after you have closed it.

Journal · Trade
One trade, graded against the plan you wrote The "Against your plan" panel from a single trade in the journal, headed "ES opening range break, 59% match". A summary line reads "Broke 2 of 5 checks". Below it, six rows, one per plan component, each with a verdict and the reason for it. Context filters passed. Directional bias passed: price above the twenty-one period EMA on the five minute chart. Setup trigger passed: break of structure bullish on five minutes. Entry rule failed: price was not within four ticks of the opening range high. Stop rule failed: the stop was fourteen ticks where the plan called for eight. Target rule was not judged because the strategy does not define one. AGAINST YOUR PLAN ES opening range break · 59% match Broke 2 of 5 checks Context filters passed Context filters passed Directional bias passed Price above EMA(21) on 5m: 5721.25 OK Setup trigger passed Break of structure bullish on 5m: OK Entry rule failed Price within 4 ticks of opening range high: 5722.50 FAIL Stop rule failed Stop 14.0 ticks, expected 8.0 (off by 6.0) Target rule not in your plan Your strategy does not define this component
Plan adherence tells you that you deviated. This names which of the six components broke, on which trade, and by how much — the stop was fourteen ticks where the plan said eight.

Bringing your history with you

Export your trades from TraderSync and import the CSV. Duplicates are matched on content, so re-importing the same file never doubles anything.

Orders and fills come in. Nothing goes back. It cannot place, modify, cancel or route an order — not as a policy, the capability does not exist in the software.

Fourteen days is enough to find out

Import your history and the engine has something to read immediately. If it finds nothing worth knowing about you, do not pay us.
